Website privacy notice

The short version

• This website sets no cookies and uses no tracking or analytics scripts.
• It loads no scripts or fonts from other companies.
• If you email or call us, we use your details to answer you, and to set up an account if you ask for one.

When you visit the site

The site is a set of plain web pages. Our hosting provider, Google Firebase Hosting, receives the standard information any web server receives, such as your IP address, your browser type and the page you asked for, in order to deliver the page and protect the service. We do not use that information to identify you or to follow you around the web.

If we ever add a visitor counter or anything else that collects information, this notice will be updated first.

When you email or call us

When you write or call, we receive your name, your contact details and whatever you choose to tell us. We use them to reply, and, if you ask for access, to set up your account. We keep business correspondence as records. We do not sell it, and we do not give it to other companies for their marketing.

The app

This notice covers the website only. The Hearing Loop Designer app, at app.hearingloopdesigner.com, will have its own privacy policy, which is being prepared. Until it is published, ask us anything about how the app handles your information. Our data-use pledge already applies: your designs stay yours, they are never used to sell installations, and they are never shared with other makers.
